REGISTER TO VOTE
You can register to vote online. You can also register to vote when you vote in person, either early at your City Hall or at your polling place. You will need to provide proof of residence. Registration forms are also included with absentee ballots. The last day to register to vote in advance is October 18. You can also register at the polls on November 8.

VOTE EARLY BY MAIL
You can apply for an absentee ballot online through October 25. Be sure to read the instructions that come with your ballot carefully! You will need a witness when you complete your ballot. The witness can be either a registered MN voter or a notary. Be sure to mail your ballot early or drop it off at your City Hall. Your ballot will not be counted if it's received after Election Day. Track your absentee ballot to make sure it is counted. If your absentee ballot has not been accepted, you may vote in person early or on Election Day.

Burnsville
Starting September 23, you can vote in person at Burnsville City Hall (100 Civic Center Parkway) Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A drop box for absentee ballots is available outside, or you can bring your ballot inside. Ballots are accepted in person until 3:00 p.m. on Election Day. Each person can deliver up to three ballots plus their own. Call 952-895-4490 if you have any questions.
Eagan
Starting September 23, you can vote in person at Eagan City Hall (3830 Pilot Knob Road) Monday - Friday, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you have an absentee ballot, you can bring it inside or call 651-675-5000 for curbside pickup. Each person can deliver up to three ballots plus their own.
Mendota Heights
Starting September 23, you can vote in person using an absentee ballot at Mendota Heights City Hall (1101 Victoria Curve) Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. From November 1-7, you can vote early using the voting machines during those same hours. If you live in the city, you can return your absentee ballot to the drop box outside City Hall, which is monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. Voters must only drop their own ballot in the drop box. Agent delivery is available 7 days before election day for voters with a disability, incapacitation, or other health reason that prevents them from getting to their polling place and requires identification.
Mendota
Starting September 23, you can vote in person at the Administrative Center (1590 Hwy 55, Suite 2300 in Hastings). Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
